Here at Emme Jazz Shop, we are dedicated to giving our customers a great shopping experience. Please see our store policies below!

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our custom made items as every order is custom made, & made to order. However we do accept returns or exchanges on our boutique items. Please be sure you have selected the correct size when ordering. If your are not 100% sure on sizing please email me at Emmejazzshop@gmail.com and I will send you a size chart. 

If there is an error made on my part or your custom made item is defective, please contact me within 3 business days of the delivery of the item(s) to receive a complete replacement. Please inspect your items. Once items are washed I cannot accept them back. Thank you!

Please allow 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS for your order to ship! 

Below are the Emme Jazz Shop Care Instructions for your custom tees!

●Turn shirt inside out.

●Machine wash on cold.

●Do NOT use bleach or stain products.

●Do NOT use fabric softener at all.

●Tumble Dry on low or hang dry.

●Do NOT IRON on design!

For Pickup-

If you choose local pickup option, you will have 7 days to pick up your package. After 7 days, your package will no longer be in the pickup basket. I will no longer hold onto packages for more than 30 days. After 30 days, I will resale these items. Same goes for online orders, if you fail to send address as needed, please respond within 30 DAYS. No exceptions. 

 

Pickup is in Cabot, Arkansas. I will message you the address.
